Interested researchers should send a CV and one A4-page abstract of the paper written in English by email attachment to g018jace-asia.ws@ml.gakkai.ne.jp by 15 May 2013.
Authors will be notified regarding acceptance or rejection 15 June 2013. Papers must address the cultural/creative economy broadly-defined.

The Japan Association of Cultural Economics (JACE) is pleased to announce a Call for Papers for the Second Asian Workshop on Cultural Economics. Following the success of the biannual conference of the Association of Cultural Economics International (ACEI) held in Kyoto, Japan in June 2012, we aim to enhance research networking for cultural economics in Asia. The Workshop will welcome papers in English from international researchers in principle based in Asian countries including Japan that will contribute to discussions and exchanges of ideas between Japanese and international participants on cultural economics.

The European Workshop on Applied Cultural Economics (EWACE) is intended to provide a forum for the development and dissemination of applications of quantitative methods in cultural economics, as well as cultural-related applications of mathematical economics, experimental economics and other quantitative approaches.
The workshop will consist of 15-20 papers and the number of participants will be limited to around 25.

- 6th Nordic Conference on Cultural Policy Research. The conference will take place at Copenhagen Business School in August 2013
The 6th Nordic conference on cultural policy research will focus on the consequences of the mediatization and digitalization of culture with its diversity of forms and participation.
